Search sections, tasks, BOM items, build logs, knowledge, linked resources and photo captions without first remembering where they were stored.

Let the assistant summarize recorded progress, flag overdue or high-priority work and suggest concrete next steps. Recommendations remain separate from stored project facts.

Maintain agreed project data

With Pro or Creator, explicitly allow supported task, BOM, knowledge and build-log changes. Buildory never exposes a delete tool.

The published Buildory plugin is available through the shared plugin directory in ChatGPT and Codex. No personal token is needed for the ChatGPT OAuth connection.

Find and install Buildory

Open the plugin directory in ChatGPT or Codex, search for Buildory and connect your account.

Sign in and approve access

Buildory shows the requested read or read/write permission before access is granted. Access starts read-only unless you explicitly approve writes.

Choose projects and permissions

In Buildory, include or exclude each project separately. Pro and Creator can also enable supported changes per project.

YOUR DATA

Access stays under your control.

  • ✓Only projects you can access and explicitly make available can be read.
  • ✓Write access must be enabled for both the connection and the individual project.
  • ✓Project, section and record deletion is not available through the integration.
  • ✓Connections and personal tokens can be revoked from Buildory at any time.

The MCP connection is not limited to ChatGPT.

The public plugin listing is for ChatGPT and Codex. The underlying Buildory MCP server can also be configured manually in compatible AI clients that support remote Streamable HTTP with OAuth 2.1 or Bearer tokens. Availability and setup depend on the client.
